Ingredients

1 1/2 cups oats

3/4 cup flour

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 stick unsalted margarine

1/2 cup light brown sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla

12 oz. chocolate chips

Preparation

Cream Margarine, Brown Sugar and White Sugar until light and creamy.

Add egg, and vanilla.

Slowly add oats, cinnamon, baking soda and flour. When combined, add chips.

Drop batter by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2" apart. Bake at 350 until golden, 10 minutes. Leave on baking sheet 2 minutes, then transfer to cool.
