Ingredients

6 Egg Yolks

4 Onions, finely chopped

1/3 cup Matzah Meal

1 ½ t Salt

¼ t Black Pepper

1/3 cup Oil

6 Egg Whites

Preparation

Beat yolks. Add onion, matzah meal, salt, pepper and oil. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into onion mixzture. Pour into 2 quart pan. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
