Ingredients

6 ounce linguine, uncooked

1 Tablespoon margarine, melted

1/2 cup chicken broth, undiluted

1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice

2 teaspoons cornstarch

1 Tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves

1/8 teaspoon grated orange rind

1 Tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

  1. Cook linguine according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain; set aside.

  2. Combine margarine and next ingredients in a saucepan; stir well. Bring to a boil; cook 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add basil and orange rind; stir well. Pour over linguine; toss gently. Sprinkle with cheese.
