Ingredients
2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp. minced orange peel
1/2 tsp. dried rubbed sage
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
3 medium-size red potatoes (about 18 ounces), each cut into 8 wedges
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425 F. Mix olive oil, minced orange peel, dried sage and ground pepper in medium bowl. Add potatoes and toss to coat. Season with salt. Transfer potatoes to baking sheet, spacing apart. Bake until crisp and brown, turning once, about 40 minutes.
