Ingredients

4 lbs. pork back ribs

2 onions, sliced

(salt, pepper)

SAUCE:

3/4 c. ketchup

3/4 c. water

2 tbsp. vinegar

2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. cayenne

1 tsp. paprika

1/2 tsp. pepper

1 tsp. chili powder

Preparation

Place ribs in oiled roasting pan. Cover with sliced onions. Sprinkle with salt and pepper if using.

Pour barbecue sauce over ribs. Cover and bake in 325 - 350 degree oven for 2 to 3 hours, basting occasionally.
