Ingredients

2 Ribeye steaks, approx 1" thick

Olive Oil

Pickapeppa sauce

Worcestershire sauce

Salt

Pepper

Preparation

  • Pour some Pickapeppa and Worcestershire in a pan big enough for 2 steaks. Add 1-2 tbsp olive oil, and mix

  • Add steaks and marinate for 20 mins, turning occasionally

  • Preheat oven to 450

  • Place cast iron skillet in oven while preheating

  • Remove steaks from marinade. Sprinkle with salt, and coat heavily with cracked peppercorns, pressing spices into the steaks

  • Remove skillet from oven and place on preheated stovetop burner.

  • Once skillet barely smokes, add steaks and cook on each side for 30 seconds without moving while cooking

  • Stick thermometer into steak and put skillet back into oven

  • Cook until internal temperature reaches 130-135, turning once half-way through cooking

  • Remove steak from oven, place on plate, and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving
