Ingredients
2 pounds brussel sprouts
1/4 cup good olive oil
1/4 cup good balsamic vinegar
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
2-3 cloves of garlic
Preparation
Trim the sprouts and make an x in the stem end.
Place sprouts in a large bowl, drizzle with remaining ingredients and mix to coat well.
Spread sprouts on large baking sheet and put in 400 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Shake the sheet 3-4 times to rotate sprouts. They should be crispy on the outside, tender inside.
Serve immediately.
