Ingredients
3 cans oysters, strained-keep liquid
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced onion
1/2 stick butter
8 cups toasted bread cubes
1/2-1 cup chicken broth
1/2-1 cup oyster juice
Preparation
Oven- 350 degrees Toast bread cubes in oven at 250 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. Do not brown. Cool Saute celery and onion in butter till soft. Add vegetables to bread cubes. Add oysters Moisten bread with broth and oyster juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
