Ingredients 2-2 1/2 lbs salmon lemon juice 4 tbls olive oil 2 tbls 1 onion finely chopped minced ginger–tbls 2 c chopped fresh tomatoes green beans 1 can unsweetened coconut milk seasonings–basil, cilantro, salt, pepper Preparation Skin off salmon–cut into 2" pieces.
