Roasted Swiss Chard Recipe
Ingredients 1 bunch Swiss chard 1 medium white onion 3 tablespoons olive oil Salt and pepper to taste 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled Preparation Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash chard and separate the stems from the leaves. Chop the stems and place in bowl. Chop the onion and add to the bowl. Add 1 Tbs olive oil, salt, and pepper, and stir.
