Chocolate Mousse Cake Pesach Recipe
Ingredients 8 ounces Chocolate 1 Tablespoon Coffee diluted in 1/4 cup hot water 8 Eggs - Separated 2/3 cup Sugar 1 t Vanilla 1/8 t Salt Preparation Melt chocolate in double boiler. Add coffee and mix well. Let cool. Beat egg yolks for 5 minutes. Add sugar, chocolate mixture, vanilla and salt. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into yolk mixture.
