Ingredients

o 2 Boneless Pork Chops

o 1 Shallot (diced)

o 2 Oranges (juice and zest)

o Chives (to taste)

o Canola Oil

o Black Pepper (to taste)

Preparation

o In sauté pan add canola oil, pork chops and sprinkle pork with black pepper, cook on medium heat until done (20 - 30 minutes - depends on size of chops) o In sauce pan add juice and zest from 2 oranges, chives and shallot and cook on high for about 20 minutes (stirring occasionally) this will reduce
