Ingredients

1 Cup Flour

2 Tbsp Cooking Oil

1 Egg

1 1/3 Cup Buttermilk

1 Tsp Baking Powder

1/2 Tsp Salt

1/2 Tsp Baking Soda

1 Tbsp Sugar

Preparation

Mix together all ingredients. Don’t overbeat or pancakes will be tough. Pour batter directly onto pre-heated griddle or skillet on medium-high heat into 4-6" cakes. At ~ 375F droplets of water should crackle on surface when ready.
