Ingredients
40 g Green Papaya (thinly sliced)
30 g Carrot (thinly sliced)
20 g Cherry Tomato
1 tablespoon Peanut (toasted and ground)
2 / 3 chili, 1 Clove garlic
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon palm sugar
20 g string bean
Preparation
- Place garlic, chili, 1 / 2 pieces string bean in a pestle and mortar and pound * Add Papaya, Carrot, Tomato, Fish sauce, Lime juice, Palm sugar and pound until mixed well * Serve with Raw White Cabbage, String Beans and Cucumber
