Ingredients

2-4 boneless chicken breasts

2 cups bread crumbs

3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

1/4 cup parsley

1/2 teaspoon garlic

2 teaspoons salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

4 tbsps butter, melted

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • In a large bowl, mix bread crumbs, parm cheese, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper together. Set aside.
  • In a shallow bowl, pour melted butter.
  • Cover each chicken breast in melted butter, then dip in bread crumb mixture.
  • Spray a cookie sheet with PAM, and place chicken on it.
  • Cook for 45-50 minutes or until golden.
  • Serve with rice and/or a vegetable.
