Ingredients
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
Dash of freshly ground black pepper
5 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F Combine the parmesan and pepper on a small plate. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel and lightly coat with mustard. Dredge with the parmesan misture until fully coated. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until no longer pink in the center. Serve with roasted vegetables or a side salad.
