Ingredients
1/3 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons water
1 1/2 cups loosely packed parsley leaves
1 tablespoon lemon juice
.5 tsp salt
Preparation
In a blender, combine the garlic, water, parsley, lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/3 cup oil. Puree until smooth, scraping down the side of the blender with a spatula as necessary.
