Ingredients

5 cups corn Chex

6 cups wheat Chex

5 cups rice Chex

8 oz. garlic bagel chips, broken or bite-sized chips

10 to 16 oz. mixed nuts or peanuts

2 to 2 1/2 sticks butter

3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

4 Tablespoons season salt

1 1/2 Tablespoons onion powder

2 1/2 Tablespoons garlic powder

2 Tablespoons smoked Tobasco

3 Tablespoons Louisiana hot sauce

1/2 Tablespoons smoked hot paprika

1 Tablespoon cajun seasoning

Preparation

Melt butter and add all seasonings. Mix other ingredients in large bowl. Pour butter mix over cereal mix, stirring constantly. Spread mix in jelly roll pans. Bake 1 hour at 250°, stirring every 15 minutes.
