Ingredients

1 C sugar

2 sticks margarine

1 egg

2 heaping T of potato starch

1 1/2 C passover cake meal

Cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat over to 350. Beat 1 C sugar and 2 sticks margarine for 3 minutes. Add one egg Mix in the 2 heaping T of potato starch and 1 1/2 C cake meal. Roll into 2-3 logs and wrap in foil. Refrigerate the rolls 3-4 hours or overnight. Slice into 1/4" cookies. Bake on parchment paper or lightly greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle warm cookies with cinnamon.
