Ingredients
2 kg Semolina
1 cup Liquid Whole Egg
1 cup Liquid Egg Yolk
2 tablespoon Water
2 teaspoon Salt
Preparation
Mix dough and add little water or oil until texture is right
Let dough rest for at least 1h, better over night
In Kitchenaid Pasta Roller roll out dough
Fold dough back and roll out orthogonal (90 degree direction)
Repear until dough is nice and smooth, elastic, with clean edges
Recommended final thickness: 5
Cut pasta in shape and length desired
