1 chopped shallot

5 cloves chopped garlilc

1 pint sliced grape tomatoes

1/2 box pasta

1 packet Splenda

1 small container spinach

1 container mozzarella pearls

Basil

Parmesan

Preparation

Heat pot of salted water for pasta. Heat olive oil 1 min Add shallot, garlic, and tomatoes and heat 5 min Add pasta to pot Cook tomatoes an additional 5 min Add Splenda and spinach Cook until wilted Stir in pasta Add mozzarella Top with basil and parmesan
