1 shot vodka

1 c. red wine

Juice and zest of 1 lemon

2 cans Italian tuna packed in oil

Parsley

Basil

Parmesan

1/2 box pasta

Preparation

Heat salted water for pasta Heat oil 1 min Add anchovy and cook for 4 min Add capers, tomato, vodka, red wine, lemon juice and zest, and tuna Simmer sauce while pasta cooks Stir pasta into sauce and serve topped with parsley, basil, and cheese
