Ingredients

3 fourteen ounce artichoke hearts

2 cups grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

5 cloves of finely chopped garlic

2 cups of mayonnaise

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a baking dish. (13x9). Bkw in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes. serve warm over thin slices of toasted French bread.
