Ingredients

2 tbsp flour

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp white pepper

1/2 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp basil

1/2 - 1 tsp garlic powder

1 2/3 cup milk

2 tbsp butter

1 pd pasta

2 cups shredded cheese

Preparation

Pre heat oven to 350^ Mix dry ingredients together Cook pasta al dente - set aside

In large sauce pan melt butter over medium low heat and add dry mix. Cook for several minutes until flour taste has cooked out.

Add milk a little at a time while constantly stirring to prevent lumps. Cook until mixture thickens the back of a spoon.

Turn heat off and add cheese to melt. Add pasta and combine, pour into a greased casserole.

Bake 25-30 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
