Ingredients

3/4 Cup Flour

1 Tsp. Baking powder

½ Tsp. Salt

3 ¼ oz. Pkg. dry Vanilla Pudding mix, NOT INSTANT

3 TBS. Butter or margarine, softened

1 Egg

½ Cup Milk

Combine in mixing bowl, beat 2 minutes at medium speed, and pour into prepared pan.

1 15-20 oz. can peaches in syrup, well drained, RESERVE JUICE

Place slices on batter up to within 1 inch of edge of batter.

1 8oz. Pkg. Cream cheese, softened

½ Cup Sugar

3 TBS. Reserved peach juice

Combine in mixing bowl, beat 2 minutes at medium speed, and spread over peaches to within 1 inch of edge.

1 TBS. Sugar

½ Tsp. Cinnamon

Combine and sprinkle over cheese filling.

Preparation

Oven: 350

Grease bottom and sides of 9 inch deep dish or 10 inch pie pan.

Bake in preheated oven 30-35 minutes until crust is golden brown. Filling will appear soft. Store in refrigerator.
