Ingredients
8 peaches
1 cup oats, rolled (raw)
¼ cups flour + 2 tablespoons
2 tbs sugar
8 tbs butter, softened
¼ cups brown sugar
Preparation
Directions
- Peel peaches and cut into wedges. Toss with 1/4 cup flour and sugar, and pour into a buttered 8-inch square or round oven-safe baking dish.
- Use your hands to combine butter, oats, brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour. Crumble over the top of the peaches.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
