Ingredients
1 lb peaches
2 tsp. lemon juice
16 oz plain yogurt
1 T. sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 Cup no-sugar raspberry spread.
Preparation
Toss peaches, cut into wedges, with 2 tsps. lemon juice in a bowl. Combine yogurt, sugar and vanilla in separate bowl. Refrigerate. To serve, in 4 dishes layer peaches and yogurt with raspberry spread.
