Ingredients
1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
1/3 C. butter, softened
2 lg. eggs, divided
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 C. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
29 oz. can peach slices
Preparation
In cake mix, add butter and 1 egg. Mix until combined, until crumbly. Take 1 1/2 C. crumbs for use as topping. In 13 x 9 " pan, lightly spray. Press remaining crumb mixture in bottom of pan. Bake 10 min.
Mix 8 oz. cream cheese, add and mix 1 egg, 1/3 C. sugar, and 1 tsp. vanilla. Blend with mixer. Cut peaches into 1" slices. ( Can use canned, fresh or frozen.) Mix lighty. Spoon into partially cooked crust. Top with saved 1-1/2 C. crumbs. Baked at 350 for time on cake box.
