Ingredients
29 oz can Peach halves
3 T butter
2 T lemon juice
1/3 C firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 C brandy
1/2 C whipped cream
1 T corn starch
Preparation
Drain peaches and reserve 2 T liquid. Set aside Melt butter in skillet and add lemon juice and peaches, turning peaches to coat butter. Sprinkle brown sugar and add brandy. Cover and simmer 5 min. Stir in cream and simmer several min. Combine reserved peach liquid and cornstarch, stirring until smooth. Add to peach mixture and cook over low heat until thickens.
