Peanut Blossom Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup shortening

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup brown suger

1 egg

2 TBS milk

1 3/4 cups flour

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp vanilla

Mix in order. Roll in 1 inch balls, then in sugar. When cookies come out of the oven, press chocolate star candy in center. Do no flatten.

Bake 350 for 12 minutes.
