Ingredients
1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup peanut butter plus 2 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup PB2 plus 1/4 cup water, mixed together
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp baking powder
1 packet of stevia
a pinch or two of salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Preparation
 Heat oven to 350°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 Grind the garbanzo beans down in a mixer/food processor
 Combine all remaining ingredients except chocolate chips in a bowl and thoroughly mix by hand until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips.
 Using a 1/4-cup scoop, portion out dough into 11 rounds on baking sheet. Lightly press down on cookies to flatten.
 Bake at 350 degrees for 13 to 15 minutes.
