Ingredients

1 cup old-fashioned oats

1 teaspoons cinnamon

1 large egg

1 cups va­nilla soy milk,

1/2 cup water room temperature

2 tablespoons natural peanut butter

1 tablespoons agave syrup.

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat a baking dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine oats and cinnamon. In a medium bowl, beat eggs add milk, water, and peanut butter. Add to the oats, pour mixture into dish & bake for 20 minutes. Drizzle with agave syrup.
