Ingredients
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 cup melted butter
1 cup choppped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional, pecan halves
Preparation
In a bowl, stir together all ingedients except pecan halves. Filled greased mini muffin tins 2/3 full with batter. top each with a pecan half.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes or until golden brown.
