Ingredients

Crust:

1 bx Zweiback toast, crushed

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 C sugar

1/4 C melted butter

Filling:

5 eggs, beaten 5 min.

2 lb Philly Cream cheese

1 1/4 C sugar

1 tsp vanilla

Topping:

1 pt. sour cream

3 T sugar

pinch of salt

1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Mix Crust and mold in spring mold pan Mix filling ingredients and pour over crumbs Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees Cool 20 minutes Mix Topping and pour over cheesecake Bake again for 5 minutes at 325 Chill for 5 hours
