Ingredients
2 T butter
2 T shortening
2 T warm water
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
2 c sifted confectioners sugar
Preparation
Melt the butter and shortening. Blend in water and flavoring. Beat until creamy. Add confectioners sugar until a 1 inch roll can be shaped. Wrap and chill, slice into pieces to serve.
