paprika

red pepper

chili powder

grey poupon

Take off membrane put dry rub both sides then slater grey poupon both sides wrap in tin foil and put a little water in. leave foil open a little to let steam out

cook 300-325 for about 2-2.5 hours

put on grill face down for a few minutes to caramelize. turn over, brush with sweet baby rays. turn over and do the same. keep doing this a few more times, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
