Ingredients
2 c. flour
1 T. baking powder
1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese
1 c. shredded triple cheddar cheese, cubed
1/2 c. milk
Preparation
- Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix flour and baking powder in a large bowl. Cut in cream cheese with a pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in shredded triple cheddar cheese add milk; stir until mixture forms soft dough. Pat dough to 3/4 in. thickness on floured surface. Cut into 14 rounds with 2 in. fluted biscuit cutter, rerolling scraps as necessary.
- Place 2 in. apart on baking sheet. Bake 12-15 min. or until golden brown.
