1 cup warm water

1/4 cup white sugar

3 tablespoons milk

1 egg, beaten

2 teaspoons salt

4 1/2 cups bread flour

1/4 cup oil

2 teaspoons minced garlic (optional)

complete in bread machine roll out in 1/3 s Grill 1 side (hot) until grill marks and side (oil grill first)
