Ingredients
1 cup warm water
1 package active dry yeast
2.5 to 3 cups unbleached AP flour
2 teaspoon olive oil
.5 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Combine water, yeast, and 1.5 cup flour in mixer. Mix well. Add oil, salt and remaining flour and mix on low setting for approximately 8 minutes.
Transfer to an oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let dough rise until doubled in size 1 hour. Punch down and divide into 2 balls. Cover and let rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
