Ingredients

2 oz olive oil

1 oz sugar

1/2 oz yeast (2 packets)

2 cups water

2 # bread flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 oz salt

Preparation

Whisk olive oil, yeast, sugar, and warm water in small bowl. Allow to rest 15 minutes.

In another bowl mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add wet mixture and knead dough for about 10 minutes.

Place back in lightly oiled bowl covered with towel until doubled in size.
