Ingredients
1 c. light brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. cider vinegar
1 1/2 t. red pepper flakes crushed
1/2 t. salt
2 Tablespoons mustard seed
2 cloves garlic - sliced (not crushed or mashed)
1 small onion sliced thinly
1/2 c. finely chopped crystallized ginger
1 c. white raisins
20 prune/Italian plums - pitted & quartered
Simmer for 45-50 minutes until thickened and mushy.
Put in preserve jars.
Preparation
Add all ingredients. Simmer 45-50 minutes. Put in preserve jars
