Ingredients
Polenta (Golden Pheasant)
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 cup (container) mascarpone
Preparation
Preheat oven o 300 degrees
In a small ovenproof pot with lid, bring 4 1/2 cups of water to a boil. Whisk in polenta. Place lid on pot and put in oven for 1hr 15 minutes. WITH MITTS remove from oven and stir in butter WITH MITTS and mascarpone. Salt to taste.
Can be made ahead, stored in refer, and reheated in casserole dish in microwave. You made need to add a little water to loosen it up.
