2 8oz boneless chicken breasts
12 of White Wine Lemon finishing sauce
2 t minced fresh garlic
1/4 t ground black pepper
1/2 cup shredded fontinella cheese
Preparation
Grill chicken over medium heat until 165 in instant read Bring wine sauce to simmer over low heat. Add garlic, mushrooms and pepper. Remove chicken from grill and top with cheese. Cover with wine sauce and garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedge
