Ingredients
Tablespoon olive oil
1 small yellow onion chopped and sautéed
1 20 ounce can of fresh canned crush tomatoes with sauce
2 teaspoons fresh basil, parsley, thyme & grated parmesan
5 garlic cloves, sautéed
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon fresh pepper
pinch of red pepper flakes
Preparation
Chop, sauté and place in bottom of serving pan, place meatballs on top. Keep warm.
