Ingredients
4 pork chops or chicken
1 T flour..or as needed
Salt & pepper
Rosemary finely chopped
2 T butter or ovo
1 onion chopped fine
1/2 cup dry sherry
3/4 cup chicken stock
2 T Dijon mustard
1 T cream
Preparation
Mix flour, salt, pepper, rosemary Coat chops Melt butter Add onion and sauté until golden brown, Remove onion from pan, set aside Fry chops until golden brown on medium heat Return onion, add sherry & chicken broth Cover & simmer low until cooked..about 20 min Stir in mustard & check seasoning Add a little cream if desired..or not
