Ingredients
veg oil 1 T
4 thin slice garlic cloves
1t sugar
1/2 lb gr pork
1t fish sauce
1T rice powder
dipping sauce: 2 T fresh lime juice, 2T fish sauce, 1T sugar, 2 thinly sliced Thai chiles, 1 T water
Preparation
cook garlic in veg oil, add sugar for 20 sec, then add pork and cook 3 min, add fish sauce and season with salt and pepper.
