3 Portabella Mushrooms, sliced and sautéed
Romaine Lettuce
10 Cherry Tomatoes, sliced in half
¾ cup Honey Glazed Almonds
½ cup Croutons
2/3 cup Oil
¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
¼ cup Sugar
¼ cup Ketchup
1 clove Garlic
½ teaspoon Salt
1 ½ teaspoon Dry Mustard
½ teaspoon Paprika
Preparation
Combine salad ingredients.
Whisk dressing ingredients together. Dress salad immediately before serving
