Ingredients

4 Cups Chicken Broth

3 Potatoes, peeled and diced

1.5 Cups Cabbage

1 Leek, diced

1 Onion, chopped

2 Carrots, chopped

.25 Cup Parsley, chopped

2 tsp salt

2 tsp black pepper

.5 tsp caraway seeds

1 Bay Leaf

.5 Cup Sour Cream

1 lb Bacon, cooked and crumbled

Preparation

Add all ingredients except sour cream and bacon to slow cooker. Cook on low 8-10 hours or high 4-6 hours. Remove bay leaf. Combine liquid from stoneware with sour cream. Add mixture to slow cooker and stir in bacon.
