Ingredients

1 cup dry oatmeal

1 cup wheat germ

1/2 cup wheat bran

1/2 cup oat bran

1/2 cup protein powder

1/ cup raisins

1 cup seim-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup brown rice syrup or Karo syrup

2 Tablespoons margarine

1 cup peanut butter

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. Press into a 9 X 13 pan. Slice into desired portions.

Refrigerate. Remove from pan and wrap in saran wrap.
