Ingredients
2 cups crushed pretzels
1/4 cup sugar
1& 3/4 cups margarine
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
8 oz. cool whip container
2 cups boiling water
6 oz. package strawberry hello
drained strawberry juice + water to make 1 & 1/2 cups
1 bag frozen sliced strawberries drained
2 cups boiling
Preparation
Mix pretzels, sugar and melted margarine. Pat in bottom of rectangular baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and cool whip until well blended. Spread over cooled crust.
Mix jello in boiling water. Add strawberry juice and water. Add drained strawberries. Refrigerate uNeil it starts to set. Pour over cream cheese. Refrigerate yo set completely.
This recipe takes a lot of time for baking, cooling and setting. I cut it into squares in the pan.
